Lost or damaged pieces can always be reproduced. During a warranty period these can be ordered at not cost. After the expiration if this term (see below) a flat rate will be charged per piece.

Warranty period
This period depends on the size of the puzzle:
- Up to 500 puzzles pieces: 2 months
- From 500 puzzles pieces: 6 months
