TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 General
1.1 Picture sizes: standard formats listed in the webshop conform to the measures of the original painting. Up to a specific side length the puzzles can be produced with the same dimensions like the original. Larger paintings will be reproduced in a smaller format than the original, however they keep the side ratio. The side ratios can differ from the original I case the original painting prevent from printing the whole picture (damages, frames masking the painting, etc.)
1.2 The contract between art-puzzle GmbH and the customer strictly follows standard terms of art-puzzle GmBh. Variations of the customer’s standard terms do not apply. All special arrangements outside of the standard product offering must be submitted in written form
1.3 The customer is required to provide details requested on the order form (name, address etc.), truthfully and as complete as possible; any damage or expense resulting from false or incorrect information provided by the customer, becomes the sole responsibility of the customer
2 Order and Contract
2.1 The order placed by the customer does not necessarily have to be accepted by art-puzzle GmbH.
3 Delivery
3.1 The puzzles will be shipped approx. 4 weeks after ordering. These delivery times are not binding and can be extended inter alia due to a temporary increased order situation
3.2 The standard delivery time can be extended due to acts of god or failure of delivery by one or more of art-puzzle GmbH's vendors.
3.3 Our prints are professionally packaged and submitted to a parcel service which then will deliver the product.
4 Warranty
4.1 Customer has the right to return incorrect or defective merchandise. Claims have to be made within 7 days after delivery. Complaints can be in form of e-mail or in written form.
4.2 General returns are not accepted on any custom products, because custom made puzzles produced based on the customer's choices.
4.3 art-puzzle GmbH is not liable for insignificant deviations of the delivered product compared to product descriptions. Insignificant deviations like slight variations in color, size and the substrate texture are expected due to technology applied. Such insignificant deviations do not entitle the customer to return merchandise. Appearance of products can vary compared to on screen appearance due to different graphic cards, monitors or browsers.
4.4 All materials used are standard trade products and we can only guarantee inks, substrates and fade resistance based on vendor-supplied information.
5 Property Rights
5.1 All products remain the property of art-puzzle GmbH until full payment has been received inclusive all shipping charges.
6 Payment
6.1 Within switzerland: payment in advance, invoice or by creditcard (MASTERCARD or VISA).
6.2 Europe and worldwide: Creditcard (MASTERCARD or VISA) or payment in advance. Some countries are excluded from creditcard payment.
6.3 In case of prepaiment (bank transfer) we will ship the puzzle not before the full amount has been transferred. If the customer requests payment in advance we will inform him immediately about our bank details after having received the order.
6.4 art-puzzle GmbH may request advance payment under certain conditions.
7 Prices
7.1 All prices include the swiss VAT. For deliveries out of switzerland we will deduct the swiss VAT included in the gross prices.
7.2 All prices are in euros.
7.3 List prices do not include transportation costs.
8 Governing Law
8.1 All transactions and the standard terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation.
9 Privacy
9.1 We are committed to protect your privacy and personal data. Your obtained personal data is used in strict accordance with German data protection laws. All information entered on our online forms are used only to process your order. We only share your data with third party enterprises directly involved in processing your order. For example, the shipping company only receives your address, but not your payment information.
9.2 By submitting an order the customer agrees to the use of submitted personal data in the processing of the order.
